Supporting Ipswich charity organisations becoming more sustainable

The ICVS 2011 AGM Event Programme

14th September 2011

Suffolk New College

Boardroom & Shelleys Restaurant

The theme of the evening will be about organisations becoming more sustainable, enterprising, energetic and resourceful.

Celia Hodson, CE of the Suffolk School of Social Entrepreneurs will be the key speaker. Celia has a wealth of experience from both the business community and social enterprise sectors; she is a Business and Third Sector leader. She has worked in a number of key posts in her career including Chief Executive Officer at Cambridge Co-operative Development Agency, Deputy Chief executive at the Social Enterprise Coalition and most recently, Chief Executive of Choose Suffolk.
Celia holds a number of board positions: including Chair of Social Enterprise East of England (SEEE), Director of Choose Suffolk, and Director of local charity Housing Action.

There will be workshops that will explore how any community or voluntary group (VCO) can sustain their future; identifying and developing new enterprising ideas.
